*We strive to make certain benefits (such as Amazon.com gift cards) available from time to time for editors. These are entirely within our discretion and may be changed at any time.

We do require that our editors meet certain standards and qualifications (that they are avid children’s and YA lit. readers and/or writers with some real world experience (mainstream or indie), or work in children’s/YA publishing). Having an online presence (blog, Twitter page etc.) that demonstrates your commitment to children’s literature/children’s publishing is a plus. Most prospective editors forward a copy of their resume to us.
